What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number and, optionally, a short project description.
Our website also collects limited usage information through Google Analytics and Google Ads, such as pages viewed and whether a call or message link was clicked. Until you accept cookies, these tools run without setting advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out work you ask us to do. We use analytics information to understand how our website is used and to measure our advertising.
How it is handled
Form submissions are sent to us by email through a transactional email provider and are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, as required for our business records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can change your cookie choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
